would be required to present a plan on how they would
manage on event like award ceremony, international conference,
summit etc. The plan would have to include allocations, venue,
crowd management, logistics, marketing, public
relations, hospitality, feasibility report etc. The
participants will be judged on the basis of the plan. The plan should
be in the form of a Presentation. LIFE
