RULES AND REGULATIONS:
● Theme- Open
● Medium- Face paints
● The paintings on either side of the face must be contrasting. For eg: fire and water
● Participants must bring a person along to accompany them.
● Copying of artwork will not be tolerated.
● Time allotted for painting- 2 hours
● Paints and stationery must be brought by the participants.
