RULES AND REGULATIONS:
● Theme- Will be provided before the event through chits.
● Medium- Micro-tip pens.
● Stationery is to be brought by the participants.
● An A3 sheet will be provided for the artwork.
● Copying of artworks will lead to elimination.
● Time allotted for the artwork- 4 hours.
● The list of themes will be provided 2 days prior to the event.
● Colour to be incorporated with coloured micro tip pens.
