RULES AND REGULATIONS:
● Theme- Theme of Umang
● Medium- Any type of paint, ink, or pen that must be pre-approved.
● The A4 sheet will be provided to the participants.
● No color except black and white must be used.
● The theme of Umang must be incorporated into the artwork.
● The stationery must be brought by the participants.
● Copying of artwork will lead to elimination.
● Use of electronics or references is not allowed.
● Time allotted for painting- 2 hours
