RULES AND REGULATIONS:
● Medium- nail paint
● Stencils, reference and electronic items are not allowed.
● Nails and paints will be provided to the participants.
● Copying of artwork will lead to elimination.
● The number of colors must be incorporated into the artwork.
● If needed, participants can get their own tools. For eg: toothpicks (need to be pre-approved).
● No other colors must be used other than the ones provided.
● Participants must get a person to accompany them.
