RULES AND REGULATIONS:
● Theme - Will be provided 2 days before the event.
● The tool will be provided to the participants.
● Quilling strips will be provided to the participants.
● Not more than one packet of quilling strips will be allowed to use.
● Use of electronic devices is prohibited.
● Time allotted for the artwork- 2 hours.
● Stencils will be allowed but have to be pre-approved.
