Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics' beloved college festival, Umang, is not only a hub of culture, art, and talent but also a place of opportunities for students who aspire to change society for the better, thanks to Parvaah, its social cause wing, that has initiated, planned, organized, and executed numerous projects this year with resounding success, all of which are a storehouse of lessons as well as beacons of change for many others out there.
Through the Parvaah initiative,’Colours of Life’, Team Umang had organised an art workshop for underprivileged children to enrich the young minds and explore their vast potential. In order to add comfort in the lives of the elders in our society, Team Umang had collaborated with Lions Club of Juhu to donate wheelchairs. It is humbling and overwhelming to see a multitude of changes in people's lives and Parvaah plans to continue to do the same.
